Aromas for Moods – Free Aromatherapy Workshop for Young People

De-stress after exams and learn about the connections aromas have to your moods & emotions.
In this special FREE workshop for young people aged 12-25, we will explore some simple steps to help you blend oils that resonate with your sense of smell. During the session, we will discover a brief history of Aromatherapy and how the scent of oils interact with the part of your brain that is concerned most with instinct, survival and emotions. You will then have the opportunity to create your own personalised blends and explore what smells help you with the guidance of a professional aromatherapist.
