Aspiring rappers, beat makers, graffiti writers, artists, freestylers & friends - get involved in projects including murals and gigs! Suited for young people aged 14-25 with an interest in graffiti & hip hop culture.
When: Term 4 – Wednesday’s 4-8pm starting on 17th October till 12th December

Callout for submissions for the 2019 Banyule Arts Program
We are looking for several images by young people to be the “hero image” of our posters for the 2019 Youth themed Banyule City Council Arts program! The designs should link to the theme of “Connection, diversity & community” - it's pretty flexible. Winners will receive a $200 gift voucher.

Callout for submissions for Gender Equity/Gender Norms book
A great opportunity for young people to have their work published. Those who wish to do so, will have their name written on the publication and will also be given a gift and a copy of the booklet to say thanks. Any visual art or written pieces are welcomed. We will be accepting pieces that are of ranging skill and welcome all people who enjoy art or writing to submit something.

This one day Induction Program introduces new workers who are working with young people and their families in Nillumbik and Banyule, to key agencies, issues and the Banyule Nillumbik Youth Services Network (BNYSN). All workers & tertiary students very welcome – limited tickets available

Free Portrait Photography Workshops
A free program for Somali Australian young people where participants will learn how to use a professional camera and lighting, and discovering the art of portrait photography. Photos will be printed on a large-scale and displayed in an exhibition and copies will be provided to participants to keep.

Banyule City Council Youth Services, The Banyule Nillumbik Local Learning & Employment Network (BNLLEN), Banyule Nillumbik Youth Services, Network Executive (BNYSN) & SFYS invite you to attend a working breakfast.
